Meridian Water

Meridian Water is Enfield Council’s £6bn regeneration project which will create 10,000 homes over 25 years, helping to ease the London housing crisis and provide homes for local people in Edmonton and the rest of Enfield; Generating thousands of new jobs benefiting the local, regional, and national economies.

Meridian Water has been led by Enfield Council showcasing the public sector at its pioneering best.

Supported by the Mayor of London and the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG).

The Council is committed to continued consultation and engagement throughout the life of the regeneration programme and maximising the benefits for those people who already live and work in the area.
