The Meridian Three plot is located within the wider Phase 2 Outline Planning Application, giving outline planning permission for a total of 2,300 homes.
Meridian Three is arranged over three blocks and is identified to provide up to 18,000 sqm gross external area of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation, Large Scale Purpose Built Shared Living (Sui Generis) or hotel accommodation over two blocks, with a third block designated as C3 (general purpose housing) residential for the provision of new homes. The early phases will include a range of occupiers to deliver a vibrant mixed community.
